Cookies & local storage

All on Show keeps some data in your browser's local storage (same idea as cookies) so your choices stick on this phone or computer. We also set a small sign-in cookie when you log in with an email code.

On your device

• Your colours, logo and style name, separated by account
• A device copy of the business profile saved to your account
• Saved posts
• Display name and email preference if you entered them
• How many free shares you have used on this device
• A device copy of the sharing apps saved to your All on Show account

Sign-in cookie

After a successful email code, we set an HTTP-only session cookie so you stay signed in. It is needed for the account and plan to work. Clearing site data or signing out removes it.

What is required

Local storage and the session cookie are needed for core features. Tips by email stay off unless you turn them on in Settings. We do not use advertising cookies today. If that changes, this page will say so.

How to clear

Optional improvement counts

We ask before counting visits to post setup steps. Choose Essential only to leave this off. You can change your choice using Cookie and storage choices at the bottom of any page. Your choice is saved in this browser until you change it or clear site data. Refusing does not prevent you using All on Show.

If you agree, signed-in visits to each measured step are counted at most once per account per UTC day. Temporary keyed hashes prevent duplicate counts and expire after two days. Browser tab storage also avoids duplicate requests. These counts do not contain your email, business name, prompts or photos.

Service totals

The server also records daily totals for successful writing and image requests, export approvals, generation errors and request duration. These support operating the service and do not depend on optional journey tracking. Daily summaries expire after 100 days. Owner activity and local testing are excluded. No customer content is copied into the analytics records, and analytics data is not sold.

Clearing browser data

Profile → Security & data → Delete everything on this device. This does not delete account business details or cancel subscriptions. You can separately remove your saved account business details there. Or clear site data for allonshow.com in your browser settings.
