These terms cover your use of All on Show at allonshow.com. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@allonshow.com. If you do not agree, do not use All on Show.

1. What All on Show is

All on Show helps small businesses and independent creators draft social posts from the business details, services and voice they provide. It applies their logo colours and contact details to a post image, which they can edit, share or download. All on Show does not run social accounts or publish posts for you. AI drafts can be wrong or incomplete; check every claim, detail and contact field before sharing.

2. Your content

You keep any rights you hold in the photos, logos and wording you put in. You must have the right to use them. We only use that content to run the product for you (for example showing it in the editor or saving it when you ask).

AI output may resemble output produced for others. We do not promise exclusivity or that every generated element attracts copyright protection. Check that your use of the finished post respects other people's rights and accurately represents your business.

3. Fair use

Do not use All on Show for anything illegal, abusive or deliberately misleading. Do not upload other people's work without permission. Do not try to break or overload the service.

Hateful and prohibited content

You must not use All on Show to create, upload or distribute hateful, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful content. You are responsible for checking content before publishing it. Automated safeguards can make mistakes and do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected. We may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To report potentially hateful content or appeal a mistaken block, contact support@allonshow.com. Include the report reference if shown. Do not email unlawful imagery; describe the issue and we will advise how to proceed.

4. Sign-in and plans

Sign in with an email code to use AI generation or subscribe. Your allowance and saved business profile belong to your account and are shared across devices. Logo files, photos and generated drafts remain on the device where you created them. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. For billing problems or refund requests, email support. Stripe processes payments; it does not decide your statutory refund rights. Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply by law.

One new AI image or an image refresh uses one image from your allowance, including images you reject or do not share. Using an uploaded photo with its border and gradient, or changing wording uses no AI images. Failed image requests are refunded when the server confirms failure. If an image was created but blocked by a safety check, it still uses one image; the flagged review copy is retained for owner review. You cannot request more AI images after using your allowance until it resets or you upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance.

Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused AI images do not roll over. There is no daily plan cap, although short-term request limits protect the service from abuse. An upgrade or downgrade keeps the number already used in that calendar month; it does not restart your allowance. Paid subscriptions renew monthly on your billing date. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your paid plan available until the end of the billing period you have paid for, within its usage limits. Normal cancellation does not automatically refund that payment. Refund requests are handled separately, and your statutory rights are unchanged. The calendar-month allowance reset is separate from that billing date.

All plans include unlimited downloads, image exports, resizing and manual sharing. These actions use no AI image allowance. Unlimited exports do not include unlimited AI image generation, automated bulk exports or resale of access.

Premium is available by separate agreement for businesses that need more than Pro. Contact us to discuss unlimited AI image generation. Premium pricing and usage terms, including any limits or charges, must be agreed in writing before payment. Sending an enquiry does not start a subscription or change your current plan or allowance.

5. No promises on leads

We do not promise you will get jobs, likes or ranking on Facebook, Instagram or anywhere else. Results depend on your photos, your words and how you post.

6. Liability

As far as UK law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss (for example lost work or lost profit). Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Keeping using All on Show after a change means you accept the new terms.
